CBCE 2025展商预告 |一hú酿造—太湖的水做太湖的酒


一hú酿造,太湖流域新晋精酿啤酒品牌,成立于2022年,源于江南大学发酵实验室,酒厂位于上海松江。
「一hú是什么」
是喝一壶好酒;
是我们生活的这个太湖;
是一本正经酿酒,胡说八道喝酒;
是太湖的水做太湖的酒;
「我们的酒」
我们主打三款0糖精酿(桂花拉格、比利时小麦、西海岸IPA),并专注于本地的季节性酒款(桂花酒酿西打、阳山水蜜桃西打、水蜜桃社交浑浊IPA),同时保留了一部分给主理人最爱的泥煤系列(泥煤世涛、过桶泥煤世涛、泥煤小麦等)。
另一方面,我们也积极寻开拓与行业内优秀代表合酿的机会。2024年,我们完成了3款合酿。第一款是与美国爱达荷州Payette Brewing、Mill 95联合酿造的一款双倍干投浑浊IPA。第二款是与香港carbon brews合酿的水蜜桃社交浑浊IPA。第三款是与Barth Hass巴特哈斯合酿的Oktoberfestbier节日啤酒。
「可能是全中国最敞亮的brewhouse」
我们第一家线下精酿啤酒餐厅位于太湖之滨的无锡雪浪小镇(距上海一个半小时车程),由麻省理工建筑系毕业并师从三位普利兹克奖获得者的Duality Design设计,三面通透的设计让大家无论是在白天还是晚上都能拥有一个惬意、舒适的喝酒环境。
今年,我们的德式小麦获得“中国国际啤酒挑战赛CBC” 三星天禄奖。2025年的
CBCE也是我们第一次参加,期待明年和大家相见!

「What is “1hú”?」
It's about enjoying a pot of fine wine;
It's about the Taihu Lake where we live;
It's about brewing with utmost seriousness and drinking with wild abandon;
It's about brewing local Taihu beer with Taihu water.
「Our Beer」
We feature three sugar-free craft beers (Osmanthus Lager, Belgian Witbier, West Coast IPA), focusing on local seasonal flavors (Osmanthus Wine Cider, Yangshan Honey Peach Cider, Honey Peach Session Hazy IPA), while also preserving a selection of peat series favorites by boss (Peat Stout, Barrel-Aged Peat Stout, Peat Weissbier and etc.). On the other hand, we have been actively seeking opportunities to collaborate with outstanding breweries and suppliers. In 2024, we co-brewed 3 beers. The first was a double dry-hopped hazy IPA brewed in collaboration with Payette Brewing and Mill 95 from Idaho, US. The second was a honey peach session hazy IPA with carbon brews from Hong Kong. The third was an Oktoberfestbier with Barth-Hass.
「Probably the brightest and the most spacious brewhouse in China」
Our first brewhouse is located in Xuelang Town, Wuxi, next to the Taihu Lake, only 90min drive fron Shanghai. It is designed by Duality Design, an MIT's architecture and trained by three Pritzker Prize winners. The three-sided bright and spacious design provides a comfortable and pleasant drinking environment, in day and night.
This year, our weissbier won the "China International Beer Challenge CBC" Three-Star Tianlu Award. It is our first time to present ourselves in 2025 CBCE. Look forward to meeting everyone next year!
